"ok but disappointed in value for money"

great location central to sightseeing spots and restaurants - friendly staff and ease of communication. modern furtiture and bathroom. coffee machine at disposal (shared).

no heating - it was very cold in the room in March. No cleaning service it would have been nice to at least let cleaning items at disposal if no service offered. barely hot water - had to let water get warm for at least 5-10 minutes before taking a shower. there was a construction on the street with no information when booking. there was a bad smell in the room coming from old tubes of bathroom. a bit disappointed for what we got for the money we spent.
