Regolamento della struttura ( non presente nella descrizione su booking e di seguito allegato) un po troppo rigido soprattutto riguardo l obbligo di lasciare la stanza per le pulizie obbligatorie e per il check-out non oltre le ore 9.30 (per chi è in vacanza non è bellissimo). Poiché sono previste SOLO prenotazione senza cancellazione, se non si accetta e rispetta il regolamento la struttura può interrompere la permanenza senza nessun tipo di rimborso (come descritto nep regolamento). La struttura ha richiesto il pagamento in contanti della marca da bollo di 2€ (come descritto sul regolamento interno per le somme superiori ai 77,47€) per la fattura emessa senza una mia richiesta esplicita (al contrario di come descritto dalla struttura su booking alla voce "servizi di accoglienza - fattura su richiesta"), che non mi è stata consegnata. Interpellando il servizio assistenza di booking ho avuto la conferma che gli ospiti NON SONO ASSOLUTAMENTE TENUTI A PAGARE LA SOMMA PER LA MARCA DA BOLLO che deve essere a carico della struttura e non del cliente. Camera dotata di 2 finestre (una piccola in bagno e una piu grande nella stanza) dotate di grate e zanzariere con vista su cortile interno. L illuminazione naturale è molto scadente ma è compensata da quella artificiale.

I don't like cities but if you do it's a great location

The room has everything and it is clean. You can see that they put effort to do something good there. The price was also cheap.

First of all the location is a bit away from most interesting things. But in our case the main problem was the checkout time. In general in Puglia they have the policy of early check in/check out compared to most other places we've been (enter at 13:00, leave at 10:00m instead of 15:00-12:00 which is more usual). In these rooms it's 9:00, which was too early for us, especially while on holidays. We made a very late booking (at 21:00) and when the lady informed us about the checkout at 9:00 we wanted to leave, but she didn't accept to cancel. Anyway, nobody would take the room at that time, but she preferred to force us have something we didn't want, than to lose the 50 euros. She was also stiff and not service oriented, while in general all our other hosts were very nice... So she gets the poor review she deserves...
