"Best place to start (or finish) in Sri Lanka."

So peaceful…. Ideal location to overcome jet lag for a day or two, only a 30 min. drive from airport. Simple, accommodation, clean and spacious with a really comfortable bed. The family who run the place are very kind and took exceptionally good care of us. The food is fabulous, no need to look elsewhere.

Perfect accomodation - on arrival in the country or for your last day. Lovely location on the lagoon. Just chill. Clean. Friendly helpful staff. It is out of town so we asked for dinner - and this was delicious.

"A peaceful oasis on the shore of the lagoon at Negombo."

Great breakfast and fabulous home cooked evening meal by the lovely hosts. Very nice pool overlooking the lagoon. Very clean. Would recommend for a first night stop over when arriving in Sri Lanka.

Nothing to note. Note the hotel is cash only but there is a cash point a short walk along the road.

"Excellent stay"

It was an excellent place to start our three weeks holiday in Srilanka, and the owner Isha and her nephew were excellent hosts.. the breakfast and dinner always served the time we asked for.. Have to admit she is an excellent cook and by far we had the best meals through whole our holiday here. The garden amd pool with view to water was an ice on the cake. most definitely recommended this place.

we had an excellent start to our 3 weeks holiday in srilanka , beautiful pool and garden with the super view. Isha was a great host and the best cook we had in our whole stay in Srilanka, breakfast and dinner served by Isha nephew who was very pleasent guy ..both know English well and go behind thier duty to please the guests.. thank you for the best 3 nights we had with you. Zara and Bruce

"Exceptional place to start / end your Sri Lanka trip"

Beautifully and thoughtfully designed and decorated - a luxury but affordable way to end my trip! Extremely relaxing atmosphere away from the bustle of the main city, stunning views, amazing food (breakfast and dinner both exceptional) and a lovely host family (who designed and built their dream hotel themselves!)
