L'Antica Conceria

The property was on the edge of the canyon with magnificent views. There were five units in a very quiet area of Matera with a deck that allowed us to relax, read or have a drink with the most spectacular view.

Great location with great views of the Gravina, close to city centre and restaurants, very friendly and helpful host and great breakfast. Paid parking right across the street from the B&B.

모두 좋았어요.사진보다 더 좋고 청결했어요.무엇보다 마르티노의 친절과 배려에 감동했어요.강력추천하지만 넘 유명해지면 예약해지기 힘들수도 있어요.아주 조금의 계단이 있지만 아무 문제 없어요.제가 카카오 톡 앱을 가르켜 줘서 카톡도 가능해요👍그리고 더 좋았던것은 마르티노가 지도를보며 가르켜준 중요 명소들 .다리 안좋은 노약자(?)가 있어 계단 없는길을 재미나게 알려줬어요. 내가 부킹 메세지 창에 문제가 있어 힘들었는데 그것도 다 해결해 줬어요.담 숙소 바리인데 그곳 호스트에게도 카톡앱을 알려줬더라구요.우리 노약자를 위해서~~Everything was great. L'accoglienza e la premura del proprietario Martino è impagabile. E' stato una fonte inesauribile di indicazioni e di consigli per meglio godere delle bellezze di Matera. La camera che avevamo prenotato ci ha stupito per il gusto con cui è arredata, e per la vista che si gode. Colazione abbondante e sempre seguita da Martino.

A few extra steps to town

Excellent location to explore Matera, it feels like countryside but with a 5 minutes walk you are in the middle of Matera

Absolute nothing

Tolle Lage am Rand der Schlucht, die man vom Zimmer aus sieht . Unser Zimmer unter dem Dach hat 2 eigene Terrassen mit Stühlen. Ruhige Lage, Es können einem keine anderen Touristen vor der Tür vorbei laufen! 5 min zur Altstadt. Problemloses parken, entweder im nahen Parkhaus oder kostenlos auf dem Parkplatz des Besitzers, 250 m entfernt. Der Besitzer hat uns am Parkplatz sogar abgeholt. Der Besitzer gibt einem viele tolle Tipps für die Besichtigung der Stadt und Restaurants. Er hat uns auch vom Umbau des Hauses, einer ehemaligen Gerberei erzählt und uns im Haus herumgeführt.

Am Ende des Bettes ist die schräge Decke des Zimmers nur etwa 1,70 m hoch, hat uns aber nicht gestört.
