Sardegna è - New Rooms

Tolle Unterkunft und eine fantastische, super flexible Ansprechpartnerin! Unsere Freunde waren in den „Sardegna è (New Rooms)“ untergebracht und hatten einen absolut großartigen Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer sind modern, sauber und einladend. Ein riesiges Dankeschön geht an Patrizia! Da sich unsere Freunde während der Woche im Zimmer abgewechselt haben, war die Buchung bürokratisch und organisatorisch gar nicht so einfach (auch wegen der offiziellen Behördenmeldungen für Gäste in Italien). Patrizia war unglaublich geduldig, hilfsbereit und professionell. Sie hat extrem flexibel reagiert, mit uns über WhatsApp alles koordiniert und unkompliziert Lösungen für den Wäschewechsel und die Dokumentenübergabe gefunden. Dieser tolle Service hat den Urlaub unserer Freunde perfekt gemacht. Absolute Empfehlung, wir würden hier jederzeit wieder buchen!

Clean bright room in new property only 5 minutes walk from the beach and 5 - 6 mins from a couple of restaurants and a supermarket. Large bathroom with good shower power and hot water, lots of towels. Small balcony overlooking the sea (first floor) with table and chairs. Sunbeds available in the (shared) garden. Small fridge and kettle provided. Pittulongu is a very small, quiet place with limited facilities but beautiful soft sand beach and a couple of nice beach bars. We felt very safe here - good security in the property and as it was surrounded by empty properties (we went in May), it was very quiet but I don't know what it will be like in high season. Perfect for a lazy holiday. Olbia town is about 20 mins away by bus and the airport is about 15 mins by taxi. Hosts were very attentive.

Cups and glasses provided but nothing else, so don't expect to be able to self-cater. Limited choice of places to eat in the resort although fine for a short stay. Everything is expensive - not a place for bargain hunters! Taxis particularly expensive. Quite extensive road works and new bridge build just outside the property (May 2026) which means the road can only be access from either end (useful to know for your taxi).

Great location, very close to the beach and restaurants. The room was very nice and spacious.

Unfortunately there was no cleaning service during our 4 night stay, so our towels and bath mat were very wet and we ran out of toilet paper. The fridge in the room was very noisy and kept waking us up during the night.

Was erg schoon en vanaf het terras een mooi uitzicht. Betreft bovenste appartement

Ideal location for a peaceful trip. Coffee, supermarket, restaurant and beach beside the property.

Check-in atrasou, além de ser tardio. Check-out muito cedo (10h00). Não tem muitas opções de restaurantes ou transportes públicos próximos. Cama desconfortável, afundava. Gel de duche em saquetas.
