Красивый номер, чистый, близко к пляжу. Заселили раньше 16.00, большое спасибо за это. Рядом супермаркет и автобусная остановка в Ольбию.

La chambre était très belle avec une grande salle de bain. Tout était au goût du jour. Le mini réfrigérateur dans la chambre était par contre très bruyant. Bel emplacement avec des chaises longues et une petite table à l’extérieur pour dîner. La rue pour accéder à la porte sécurisée donnant accès à la propriété est très mal entretenue voire dangereuse. Ce que j’ai moins aimé c’est de devoir écrire à plusieurs reprises à l’hôte pour avoir la procédure pour entrer dans l’appartement malgré que j’avais complété le check-in sur le portail 3 jours avant. Mais finalement tout s’est bien terminé.

The check-in process was complex. Excessive information was requested. Also, partly due to our late booking, we were delayed outside for over an hour. However, the prooerty manager was helpful when her phone service eventually resumed. Sadly, there was clear evidence on the sheets of bed bugs. We experienced some bites from these (as well as mosquito bites). If the property were cleaned and sprayed thoroughly for these, we would stay again.

Parfait ..manque juste de quoi faire un café. Sinon très propre et très confortable et vraiment joli. Je recommande. Nous l avons reloué pour notre retour de circuit

Die Unterkunft war im Allgemeinen sehr sauber. Es war alles wie beschrieben und die Lage ist einfach perfekt! Man ist quasi direkt am wunderschönen Strand und in nur 10min in der Stadt von Olbia.

Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn man die Bettwäsche hätte wechseln können. Der Mini-Kühlschrank war manchmal etwas laut.

Die Unterkunft liegt 3 Minuten (fußläufig) zum Strand. Frühstücken kann man direkt am Strand in den Beachbars.

Beautiful bright accomodation, just what we needed for our anniversary . Loved the eco touch. Beach with restaurant nearby, Pizzeria just a 5 minute walk away and also a convenience shop. The host shared with us good places to go and have breakfast in Olbia.

The system for checking in - the app/link wasn’t working and also felt like it required a lot of personal information to be input to obtain the key code to the room. However the host was very communicative and got it touch with us and we got the check in sorted in person instead. Building site right below the property and the only access to the main gate via a dirt track - this is out of the host hands though and I am sure this will improve soon.
