It was good everything

Nos fueron a recoger caminando porque llegamos tarde. Nos ayudaron a cargar el equipaje. Muy amables.

Se fue la luz, pero es algo inusual.

O café da manhã, com inicio às 5h foi o que mais impressionou. Haviamos marcado para ir a Machu Picchu no primeiro horário e estavamos nos preparando para tomar café num dos bares próximos ao local de embarque. Foi muito bom poder tomar o café da manhã no hotel e sairmos prontos para nossa aventura.

The hotel is in a convenient location, close to the buses for Machu Picchu, which makes it a practical choice for visitors. The breakfasts were also satisfactory and provided a good start to the day. However, the hotel and the rooms are very outdated and would benefit from a complete refurbishment. The bathrooms are particularly old, and many of the facilities appear worn and in need of modernisation. While the location is good, the overall condition of the property did not meet my expectations.

Instalaciones un poco antiguas, desayuno muy básico.

バスタブがありました。長時間のフライトや移動で疲れが溜まっていたのでお湯を溜めて温まることが出来ました。 朝食はパンも今回の旅で食べたパンの中で一番美味しかったんじゃないでしょうか。 駅やマチュピチュ行きのバス停からも近く便利でした。

ベットサイドの照明の差し込みが折れてしまっていて使えなかった。室内灯を消すと真っ暗なので少し不便でした。

Good central location, rooms were a bit small and bathroom was tiny. Definitely a hotel for sleeping before going out into the town, not a destination hotel.

The service started well from the moment we arrived. We were collected from the train station by a very helpful member of staff who walked us to the hotel and even showed us where to buy the bus tickets for Machu Picchu, which was greatly appreciated. The location was excellent and convenient for exploring the village. The room was nicely presented on arrival, with rose petals on the bed and creative towel art, which made for a welcoming first impression.

Unfortunately, there were some cleanliness issues. I was pleased to see that the room had a bath, but on closer inspection it was not clean and contained hair from previous guests. The room was also quite cold, with little or no heating available. In addition, the breakfast room felt cold and damp, particularly for those leaving early in the morning for Machu Picchu.
