"God beliggenhed, gode senge, god morgenmad."

Centralt men tilbagetrukket og hævet over byen og den centrale plads. Flot værelse og gode senge. Udsigt over byen og de stejle bjerge omkring. God (og tidlig) morgenmad.

Stejle trapper op men intet problem for os men for dårligere gående.

Can hear everything happening outside / in lobby from the room, past midnight too. Staff essentially force you to pay the booking.com commission fee (they should pay it).

We finished our tour of Machu Picchu and our bus didn’t leave for hours so we booked this hotel to take a nap/relax. The room was not ready but the staff got it ready for us quickly. Great location, comfortable bed, an friendly staff.

I had an excellent stay at NaturaLodge. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready with helpful advice about the area. The showers were reliably hot and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly for getting work done on my laptop. I also loved the tucked away location with stunning rooftop views overlooking the town. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting. It was a 10/10 experience!!

Расположение отличное, рядом с главной площадью. Есть горячая вода с хорошим напором. Но в час-пик, утром, может заканчиваться, но потом быстро снова появляется. Комнаты чистые. WI-FI в зале возле рецепшн хороший, в комнате работает слабо.

Шум по ночам именно в отеле. Этот шум был не с площади. Шум настолько сильный что мешал спать. Задержки с завтраком. Завтрак обещан на 5.30. Я тут жил три ночи. За это время завтрак был задержан два раза. И это критично, потому что у многих людей билеты на Мачу Пикчу на раннее утро.
