The room was vwey clean and generally everything was good except one obnoxious property male employee who was borderline rude from veey beginning and completely out of line last day. We booked taxi service the evening prior to check out. I followed up in the morning again and fully paid for taxi service to the port. However 45min later taxi never arrived and we were late to the farry andntp the airport. When I asked that obnoxious employee for a refund, he told me they don't give refunds for taxi in Italy and its not his problem the taxi didn't arrive. LITERALLY! COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS!

A vista do quarto, embora eu não tenha ficado no quarto que contratei uma vez que não encontraram a minha reserva quando cheguei. Café da manhã gostoso, farto, é cobrado a parte e você escolhe tudo o que deseja. Chega bem pontual no quarto

Meu chuveiro não esquentava na primeira noite. Depois de avisar, vieram resolver, mas a água não permanecia quente. Todas as noites foi assim, avisei todas as vezes. Fiz vídeo. Sempre me responderam, foram ao quarto e disseram não saber o que estava acontecendo. A água ficava bem quente, mas após uns 4 minutos esfriava completamente. Precisava fechar a torneira e esperar mais uns 5 a 7 min e aí voltava a sair água quente. Ou seja, tomei banho frio todas as noites, pois no meio do banho vinha água gelada. Acho inaceitável considerando se tratar de algo básico na acomodação: água quente no chuveiro. Não ofereceram trocar de quarto e nenhuma solução.

The property is outside of Amalfi Town and is all uphill, you will need to catch a bus which is always crowded. Taxis are expensive and the road is very busy and very noisy. The rooms are also smaller than expected. You will need to work out the air con and TV as no instructions supplied and there is no tea or coffee. The upside is that the view from the room is spectacular

Fantastic stay. Loved the balcony offering some of the best scenic views. Highly recommend.

Pulizoa, cordialità del personale e panorama

The property benefits from a convenient location within walking distance of Amalfi City Center and close proximity to a private beach (though the beach is not owned by the hotel, and guests must pay separately to swim or use the chairs). Unfortunately, these advantages did not outweigh the issues experienced during my stay. The hotel’s advertising is misleading, as the property consists of three separate locations but only one matches the photos shown online. Guests may be charged premium rates for rooms without the promised amenities, such as a balcony or king-sized bed. Additionally, the rooms lack air conditioning, making them uncomfortably hot during the day and cold at night, and the beds are little more than cots with a sheet, resulting in poor sleep quality. Overall, despite the location, the lack of transparency and inadequate comfort made for a disappointing stay.

Beware of their staff, had my BOSE headphones stolen there. They also placed my hair curler in a tough spot for me to easily miss it and forget it there. Views were great but BEWARE of parking (they will try to suck money from you for parking)

Bel panorama dal balconcino.

Rispetto alla location, ritengo che una colazione al costo di 10,00 euro sia esagerata. Inoltre se viene portata in camera, non hai la possibilità di farla perchè il balconcino è senza tavolino e sedia, pertanto la devi fare a letto o in piedi. Difatto a pochi metri dalla location un bar con due cappuccini e due cornetti caldi o dolci appena sfornati con ricotta, totale 4, 00 euro. Il televisore solo in inglese, ho provato a recarmi al ricevimento una sera per chiedere aiuto ma non rispondeva nessuno. Pazienza. Queste sono le piccole cose che dovrebbero migliorare, per il resto nulla da eccepire.
