The room was clean and the view was fantastic.

Room was very small with very low ceiling. There was no noise cancellation at all and you could clearly hear bikes from the street and also noise from neighboring rooms. There were multiple stairs inside the room which is very uncomfortable if you have a baggage. Some of the stuff members were not friendly , they didn’t help with a taxi stating that it was too early and refused to make a reservation. I had to carry on my baggage to the next hotel where the stuff members dropped me off to the bus station and even refused to take money.

The person on reception duty has a bad attitude and is unfriendly. We got lost and did not help at all although I messaged him. I paid for a specific room with a view of the coast but he mentioned they "upgraded" us to a very sad half view room which is not what I booked or paid for. I did not even bother addressing with him because he had a very poor attitude.

The staff was amazing! Very simple check in, we had breakfast at our door every morning, everyone was very nice and helpful! The room was very clean, amazing views, not far from the city centre!

The host didn't explain how the transportation works in the area, he needs to understand people are not from there and don't know how that works. There is not shuttle to Amalfi and you have to take the bus, need to buy the bus tickets in Amalfi. The hotel was clean and nice.
