We had a wonderful experience at Casa Marinari. The hotel has a historical exterior, but inside it is very modern. The bed was extremely comfortable and everything was clean, including a spacious and spotless bathroom. This hotel offers everything a guest needs for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The owner was a very polite and kind man, welcoming and friendly. He also prepared an excellent breakfast for us. Highly recommended!

"This Place Could Be Excellent But...."

I liked the location. Near restaurants, bars and shopping.

The air conditioning was obviously set only as low as 22C and I am used to having a 65 degree room to be comfortable. I noticed other hotels do this to save money. I'm not used to the Italian humidity yet and would have liked it cooler. I also didn't like the key card system that turns off all electrical when I left the room. It turns off air and refrigerator and When I left my dog in the room for a short trip it left him in the dark. Poor system. I was also given the attic room. It needed a ceiling fan.

"A wonderful hotel with wonderful service."

What a wonderful place! A beautifully renovated house from the 1800’s has a modern vibe with timbered ceilings. A balcony and long curtains. A towel warmer. A firm, comfortable bed. Breakfast served in the room. I just wanted to stay in the whole time and luxuriate. Easy to leave and go sightseeing because the hotel is right on the edge of the charming historic center. Best of all, though, was Miriana who kept in touch with me through a train strike and made sure I’d be able to check in regardless of my arrival time.

Breakfast is not massive, though the cappuccino with an extra espresso shot on the side was wonderful.
