El agua de la ducha se fue el gas me quedé sin bañar un día, el agua de la regadera el drenaje no servía

The accomodation was close to the main plaza, basic but good breakfast was included. Night staff very helpful. Beds were comfortable. Heater in room.

The room we booked wasn't available when we arrived, we were told it was a quiet room but wasnt. . We had to stsy in another room which had loud disco music playing every night until about 4am. We were offered room we booked after 2 days , but it had music and street noise and wasn't ensuite so choose to stay in orher room. We were given a reduced bill as room stayed in was cheaper and asked for a discount due to noise. This took some time to sort out but we came to an animcable agreement in the end.

"Viaje para la historia!"

El personal es muy amable, siempre hay alguien encargado en recepción para abrirte la puerta del Hostal o alguna consulta. La ubicación creo que es lo mejor, para el precio el espacio está bonito y limpio, la calle queda a unas dos cuadras de la Av. El Sol, queda dentro del centro turístico y todo a buena distancia caminando.

Hay que subir escaleras, son solo dos pisos, pero el primer día se siente fuerte, soy de Panamá y la altura de Cusco es considerable.

"Para quem quer gastar pouco e somente para dormir, está ok."

A localização é boa. O quarto é grande. Tem água quente no chuveiro.

Não limpam os quartos nem recolhem o lixo durante a estadia. É estilo casa antiga, então o piso, que é de madeira, faz barulho ao pisar. Café da manhã bem simples.

Comfortable beds. Good shower temperature and water pressure. 24/7 front desk is available for super early / late check-ins.

Walls are quite thin. We can hear people above walking around and talking. The booking.com integration to the hostel's own booking system does not seem to work well. We were told the room we booked weren't available and my group got separated into multiple rooms.
