Cute place, all the rooms were beautifully styled, Iliked expecially the rooftop balcony.

Our room was missing a mirror, nightlamps close to bed and maybe some hooks for clothing.

- I sadly can’t give a higher review as when I arrived I was told my room wouldn’t be ready until 18.00 (check in was from 13.00 and I arrived at 14.30). I was offered a room until that time but had a shared bathroom which is not what I paid for plus was upstairs so involved taking luggage up and down which was inconvenient - they should communicate more effectively and if they can’t be ready in time for check in they should update their information and contact prior advising this. It’s a shame as the room was very nice when I eventually got in - breakfast wasn’t the best, no eggs or staff around so table was dirty

On our end, big mistake — we didn't notice the bathroom was shared when making the booking... but that’s on us. The bathroom was ok, but there were exposed power cables that looked unsafe, no toilet brush, and no decent hand soap. No hairdryer either — if needed, you had to ask for it at reception. The hot water only started working after running the tap for a few minutes, and oddly, it came out when pointing the handle toward the cold water direction 🤷🏻‍♀️. The room was acceptable, but having the balcony seating area just outside our bedroom window wasn’t ideal because of the noise when people were talking. There was a power 🔌 point between the two beds in our room, hanging loose and very unsafe. Even though it worked, it was impossible to charge a phone properly because the plug would slip out and disconnect. No local TV in our room. Wifi Internet intermittent. The location was OK. Breakfast basic. Receptionist nice.

Breakfast was delicious! Staff was so lovely, and the beds were so comfortable and warm (it can get chilly in other places sometimes!).

Christmas decorations were not nice… a lot of cords in my small room.. holes on walls.. the room was a bit worse than other rooms

Our son got altitude sickness and I let them know more then 24hrs before that we needed to rebook for another day. They would not let us do that or give us any kind of refund. While our son was so sick they told us to come on the expected date.

I've noticed that many hotels do not include a microwave, kettle, or refrigerator in the rooms. I opted for a hostel because of the access to a kitchen and other travelers to conversate with. The location is also very walkable from the city square and immerses you with the locals. A surprise was a large grocery store on the same block, which was great for getting a late night snack or drink at local prices. Lau dry services was also nearby. My room was clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent and quick to help out.

There was no water, and we were directed to a hostel opposite. When we reached the hotel, I noticed that the place was under renovation.
