As a regular guest The Courtyard never has never let me down .Feels at home & has a friendly vibe ..Specially Reception & Bell Desk & Yashodha & his dynamic team does the guest courtesy very well.Sachin,Thamasha ,Anthoney extremely helpful.

Breakfast could be rotated more & changed as 14 days we just had similar food.Food is good & some staff Led by ever curtious Udara ,Darshi,Kavinda,Nabi & Lakruwan were fantastic & served all our wishes.Sadly most of the senior staff walking about in Green Tie & Dark suites in other words Men in Black were non greeting unfriendly & purely useless while the junior staff were totally overworked & running.This is poor team work & a greeting to a guest is a minimum.
