Tastefully decorated hotel with spacious rooms. Attentive staff.

The location is not ideal and the surroundings are a bit dodgy. The rooms lacked a comfortable finishing touch and some essential accessories.

Haben ein kostenloses Upgrade auf eine Suite bekommen, dieses Zimmer war sehr schön und auch sauber.

Die Mitarbeiter stehen in Gruppen zu fünft herum und reden bzw lachen vor den Gästen. Das Bett quietscht so sehr dass man es sogar hört wenn man nur ein Bein hebt. An allen 3 Tagen hat man zum Frühstück versucht uns Leitungswasser einzuschenken, obwohl wir mehrmals gesagt haben dass wir es nicht trinken können, für Wasser aus der Flasche hätten wir bezahlen sollen…an der Rezeption wurde dann aber gesagt, dass es doch gratis ist. Den pool möchte man auch eher nicht benutzen wenn die 5 Mitarbeiter direkt daneben stehen (er befindet sich an der Rezeption)

Personale disponibile, ottime colazioni e camera al di sopra delle nostre aspettative. Nel caso in cui dovessimo ritornare a Galle, ci piacerebbe soggiornare ancora al Taavetti!

Small but good hotel, located in a good area with access to the beach. Room was spacious and the swimming pool looked good. Staff were friendly and accommodating

The breakfast menu needs a tweak, and the parking situation could be adjusted

Ubytování bylo naprosto úžasné. Veškerý personál byl velmi ochotný a nápomocný. Jídlo bylo perfektní jak na snídaně tak večeře. Mohu jen doporučit.

The place was beautiful design. Thats what I want in hotels. The staff were lovely. Amaan, Viraj and Nethmi were wonderful. This place is an oasis off the busy city street down to the Fort. If you want to stay away from the touristy Fort area on the coast, with a private beach, this place is for you. The only feedback I have for them is be clear about restaurant times. It said on menu in room 6p. I went down 6.15 and was told my meal would take 1 to 1.5 hours. This won't work for families with children. It is a beautiful new hotel but if they want to be one of the best, this is important to be organised & have good communication.

Fantastisk hotel, kjempefine rom og helt utrolig bra service. Behandlet som kongelige fra vi kom til vi dro. Vil anbefale til alla
