Hotel très récent, chambres très confortables, environnement naturel et préservé, très belle piscine, personnel disponible et courtois. Proximité avec le parc Yala. Excellente adresse !

Kaum Service am Pool. Eigentlich ein super Menü, aber sehr mühselig Getränke oder Essen zu bestellen.

The property was exceptional in terms of cleanness, facilities and above all the hospitality of the staffs. It was one of the best experience.

Cleanness, comfort, facilities such as the pool. Food was amazing and the staff were so good that they went above and beyond.

Hôtel exceptionnel situé en bordure du parc yala, qui permet de voir de sa chambre de nombreux animaux (singes, lémuriens, écureuils, iguanes …). Magnifique chambre high-tech, confortable et d’une propreté irréprochable avec jacuzzi sur le balcon. On peut se déplacer en buggy dans le resort, dont l’usage est obligatoire à partir de 18h en raison de la présence des animaux. La piscine à débordement ressemble presque à une piscine naturelle. Le safari proposé par l’hôtel est certes plus cher que ceux proposés à l’extérieur mais vraiment qualitatif avec prêt de jumelles, collation et explications de qualité formulées par le ranger. Le staff est à l’écoute, très gentil et très serviable. Restaurant (petit déjeuner extraordinaire) offrant d’excellentes prestations.

The dirt road in to the property needs to be improved. It is uneven & narrow and slow going and uncomfortable.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hilton Yala Resort, a lovely and unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Shashi from Guest Relations, who was incredibly kind and made me feel instantly at home. Her genuine care set the tone for the rest of my stay. A special thanks to Vino, the Front Office Manager, for being so helpful and attentive throughout my visit. At the restaurant, Isuru was outstanding, always attentive, friendly, and full of positive energy. He made every meal even more enjoyable with his excellent service. One of the highlights of my trip was the beach walk guided by Chathura. His knowledge about the local wildlife and environment was impressive, and he explained everything in such a passionate and engaging way. The resort itself is stunning, surrounded by wildlife and natural beauty!! I couldn’t ask for more, thanks for everything.
