I am appalled by how the Airport Tourist Resort operates within Booking.Com. Firstly, is putting up misleading advertisement, which did not offer in reality as specifications advertised. Then, asking the guest to add more payment to change to a proper room as though guest made a serious mistake. Then, when disputes were raised with educational advices to Sahah in disagreement that since it is not any error of my part but his, he should just placate by giving me a room without asking for extra payment if he insisted I should not take up the bed I had booked, saying all other previous guests complied. Infact at about 10:30 p.m. at late night then, he asked me to go look for another place as his place is already very cheap so paying extra charges,  is still cheaper than other hostels around the area. As a consumer educational advisor also with a Masters in Business Administration degree, I had advised him accordingly to avoid unethical business strategy in the long run as a young businessman, but  he refuted saying he has been doing business this way all the while. So I told him I will eventually give him a bad review to warn others. Yes! Unethical business! Similar to scammer or extortionist. Upon arriving Malaysia, I received an email from Booking.Com stating Airport Tourist Resort  cancelled my booking because I did not turn up for my booking to pay.  In reality I had checked in to pay  fully in cash to Jagash, using two pieces of 1000 rupees notes, which he returned a 100 rupees note in change, after he requested for payment and a copy of my passport shortly after Sahah left. Jagath acknowledged he received a copy of my passport which was Whatsapped to him, then deleted after 20 minutes( for security reasons). I am shocked Airport Tourist Resort could lie to Booking.Com,saying that I did not turn up so is it to try double charge me through Booking.com again,also prevent me from giving an honest review?
