Fabulous building and fabulous views of the city a place to enjoy relaxing after a busy day exploring

We were told the wrong apartment number and wrong floor so were unable to access the flat with the key card and when ringing the WhatsApp number given 4 times nobody answered so it was frustrating. But all turned out well in the end

Lovely use of historical building. Easy walk to centre .

Parking on street limited to 2 hours at night till 9pm so need to refill meter. . Bedroom upstairs with king bed had shower but toilet downstairs . Steep in middle of night walking down stairs.

The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. We had lovely views from the windows. It was a comfortable space for our 4 night stay. Staff were pleasant. The location was pretty good- about 15 minutes walk to the centre and there is a supermarket close by.

My main issues were the bedroom layout. The bed was pushed against a wall with no locker on either side for water/phone/books etc. Only one side had a plug. The shower room light switch was behind the headboard so it turned on randomly if you moved in the bed. There is no door to the shower room and only a blind in the shower window so the bedroom was not dark in the morning- I had to buy an eye mask. I assumed there would be some type of cleaning service but there was no change of our bins, no towels or linen change in the 4 days. We wouldn't expect it every day but assumed there would be some housekeeping over a longer stay.

Really great location, easily identifiable and close to amenities.

Only problem was that the hair trap in the shower was clogged. I managed to fix it myself and to be honest I get how it can be missed.

This is a very different place and it was a great experience.

No room safe for my laptop and other electronics.

Beautiful apartment in excellent location close to the supermarket, bus station and very nice park. Friendly staff, there was a tea time on selected date with the view at the 8th floor with the marvelous views of the city. They sell cakes, and it was the best cake we ever had in Groningen! I give them 10 points for having a fully functional kitchen for my family, which really made a big difference having to attend my son's graduation together with my whole family from another country. We would love to come back and recommend this place.

There was a lack of communication between the staff but they were able to sort things out at the end. Having only one toilet in a two bedroom apartment is inconvenient for us sleeping at the upper floor, we had to come down the stairs whenever we had to use the bathroom. I wish they have 2 toilets and curtain on the glass walls so we have privacy at the upstairs room, it would have been perfect!

Great location, near restaurants, unique place - it's a stay we won't forget.
