Spacious room , very clean, located in the centre & close to train station. Bed was comfy and the bathroom was big and had a whirlpool bath..

I couldn't find the switch for the lamps (I sent a message to the runnr virtual hotel assistant but I got no reply) The curtains were a bit thin and clear, so light got through them very early in the morning.

Room was dirty. Beds were bad. Badroom was small. For 165 euro a night this was much too expensive.

"Have someone on reception to open the doors."

Great location, good sizeable room, brilliant accessible activities

Waiting outside for 30mins as no one in reception to open the door. Made 14 telephone calls until someone finally answered - it was raining heavily !

Best location in Nijmegen, in the city centre, close to the park and bus stop. Beautiful, tidy and clean rooms. The staff always polite and ready to help.

"Pleasant"

Bedroom spacious, location good on old shopping street

Workmanship poor with poorly patched plaster and poorly boxed in pipes, shower leaks into tiny bathroom, room needs sprucing up and cleaning properly. TV remote did not work and no WiFi during our stay, informed staff but nothing happened. Poor noise insulation to room above so we were disturbed during the early hours by occupants above walking around. Overall I cannot recommend this accommodation.
