The shower exceeded my expectations the morning after checking in. Location is great if like us, you need to be somewhere near the train station or the Doornroosje concert venue.

Had a weird odour in my room, that I could not shake even with an open window for the whole night. I think it is probably the carpets in the room.

Location

Knock on door 10.50 asking why were not checked out. Check out 11am. It is rude to do this early to paying guests. Wait until check out time until you bang on a door of a guest that has paid to stay until 11am. Nobody should book due to this unprofessional and staff making an awkward leave for guests. Many places to stay so avoid

Location

Parking location. You could not drive up to the hotel and unload your luggage. Parking was a 5 minute walk pulling your luggage.

Een prettige locatie midden in het centrum. Helaas is het luidruchtig door het uitgaanspubliek (is te begrijpen). Daarbij een aantal punten voor verbetering: De toegangspas werkte niet (werd snel opgelost). De kamer was niet schoon met bruine vlekken in het beddengoed. Het water in de badkamer liep niet door en daarbij was de badkamer vies. Wifi werkte niet. Bij het inchecken werd verzocht om de volgende dag een uur eerder uit te checken omdat er drukte was voor de Zevenheuvelloop. Via de website van het hotel een bericht gestuurd waarop geen reactie is geven. Al met al een negatieve ervaring.
