Nice location. Spacious.

Bed linen is not looked after very well. All my friends and I got pretty bad bed bug bite. I've tried to reach out to the staff to discuss about this but yet receive any response.

Location was great. Apartment was tidy.

Service from agent was terrible. Left my toilet bag at location, asked agent if i could collect next time i stayed. Agent has never gotten back to me, took numerous phone calls and emails to be told that the cleaners did not find it. I do not believe they were asked she seemed surprised id even got a hold of her.. Phone number on listing does not work, so had to search for "host name" and contact. Also asked for an invoice numerous times and have not received that either. Side note, no top sheet on beds which was odd and seemed a little unhygienic. Even though I'd like to go back get my property, I would not stay again.

Clean and tidy appartment. Nice and spacious bedrooms with ensuite..Had all the amenities(washing machine,dryer, tea coffee milk ) Not far from the airport and shopping malls .Free parking was a bonus .We really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend this place

The blankets need a good wash. Stains on bedsheets and no tea or face towel

Was a really nice apartment and I really enjoyed my stay there would definitely be going back however there were some minor things with the room.

There were dirty dishes left in our room so it wasn’t cleaned properly. There were dishes on the sink and still in the dishwasher, and the lady at the desk was rude. Also don’t understand why the key was down the road.

It was very clean and has a good size. We slept comfortably.

Modern amenities including separate washer, dryer, good kitchen appliances and view from the apartment. This can be an absolute gem of a place and value with just a few small touches suggestions (listed above in frowny face section)

Would have been good to have the laundry detergent refilled by default as we saw just an empty tub. Also would have been great to have some extra wash cloths or paper towels for kitchen. The checkin instructions need to be more precise especially about used of the parking method and spot. But the host was quite responsive.
