Central Park Residence

It was clean and spacious. Milk powder was available, a good alternative to providing just a small amount of fresh milk.

The challenges of retrieving the key ... the lockbox was definitely on a railing, just not as advised in the real estate carpark "under the building" ... there was no underground carpark. The location of the lockbox was 5 minutes drive from the apartment which was located within the Central Park business area. The instructions to locate the apartment were confusing. The lift to access the apartment was in the hotel adjacent to the apartment carpark, no signage ... from the apartment carpark was just a door into a stairwell which was a significant distance from the lifts. There is no direct access from the carpark into the lifts or vice versa. It was frustrating to find that there were just two towels for each double bedroom/bathroom but no bathmat, hand towel or face cloth. If there'd been 4 people staying then one towel each, and not particularly big towels would have inadequate. I used a fresh towel this morning using last night's towel as a bath mat. Being adjacent to the Southern Motorway meant there was constant noise throughout the night as well as daytime. Bed only had a folded polar fleece blanket across bottom of the bed ... had to look for other bed covers/duvets, located on the floor in the wardrobe. Not likely to return to this property, was disappointed.

The Apartment was in a very nice area, and The floor we stayed on was very quiet. The area surrounded some Yummy Restaurants in easy walking distance and the rooftop was beautiful. The Staff were very kind and helpful. The Apartment was very clean and provided mostly everything we needed throughout our stay. We would love to stay again!

Because we spent most of our holiday inside, we needed more rubbish space or access to a rubbish room so we could get rid of rubbish. More teatowls or wetwipes to clean the areas such as the kitchen and the table.

The layout was great and spacious. The room is modern and finished to a high standard. The room was warm and had good windows for ventilation. The view to the highway was interesting for us country folk. The terrace on level 10 was also nice but a bit windy the day we went.

We were happy with our stay. However, we did notice a few stains on a pillow cover, the bathroom floor looked like it hadn't been mopped, and one curtain was hanging down from it's rail. We actually tried to fix this but there were no more eyes on the curtain rail to attach it too. These were minor details! We enjoyed our stay.

Internet was not working, host uncontactable. Parking was a nightmare. Lack of hand towels.

It was a new apartment with great views. Samantha took my calls when I needed to ask something. There are 2 bathrooms which were really convenient for 4 of us. Very quiet area.

They did not reply properly to my messages on the Booking.com site, so when you need something to ask, I recommend calling them. Bring your own toaster and kitchen towel. Towels and bed linens were not clean, but it was okay.

Great value for money!
