Central Park Residence

Great location of apartment - fantastic food places nearby and easy access to buses and local transport. Secure and bonus that it comes with a car park (not that we needed it). Two separate full bathrooms was a great bonus. Super roomy apartment. A bit of a walk to get keys - it is a pity these cannot be collected from the location itself, but super easy to find key and no trouble to pick-up or return.

Noisy with the windows open, but good air conditioning. Missing a bathmat and hand towels. Otherwise very comfortable.

Perfect for our short family trip. Had everything that we needed.

It was a really lovely stay . Lovely and tidy warm and comfortable.

Fridge rubber seal damaged, sink plug damaged and unusable. Parking was tight for my suv

So easy and quick to communicate with. made our little getaway that much better thanks!

I -carpark allocated Cleanliness- floors were sticky One of bathrooms were dirty No handtowels, flannels and only 2 guest towels given on arrival for 2 bedroom apartment. On arrival the bed looked like it had been sat on and linen not tucked in. No shampoo, conditioner- we’re told not to bring anything , everything is there? Headboard in one of bedrooms was not attached to wall - previously must’ve come off and screw holes visible so not re attached. Finger marks on TV No dishcloth and plug does not seal to keep water in sink. A cup and bread plate was left to dry on dish rack on arrival. No instructions for dryer Kitchenware crockery in cupboards inconsistent - 1 tumbler 3 champagne flute glasses Not arranged tidily - crockery was placed anywhere in pantry Broken seal under fridge door.

I really liked the lay out and the security definitely felt safe, the living/ dinning space was awesome and more than sufficient for my little group of friends. It was really cool to see that there was a cafe and bar as well as convenience store in close vicinity. The beds were super comfortable, the showers had great water pressure and the night time view was beautiful ❤️ we really enjoyed it! And definitely a place I would recommend to friends to use in the future. The guy at the reception was really friendly, he even made us laugh when it looked like I was going to walk into a closed door. The outside dinning and patio was cool! Would be a great little place to host evening dinner parties, sadly we couldn't use it because it was raining during our stay but we would have if we could have.

I would of really liked a note to direct us where to take access rubbish (I randomly asked a person in the building and they directed me to the back of the complex), a broom would of been great just to keep things tidy and instructions on how to use the washing machine and dryer (even though we figured it out at the hehehehehe) just to make it a little easier to use. There were a few things that freaked me out like the mouldy toilet paper under the sink and the random rubbish wrappers in one of the rooms, thought we had random visitors....
