Lock box located at different site took 45minutes just to get key as the number on booking that was given was wrong and when we went to the lock box there was no key No dish cloths or tea towels, dryer not working and wifi also not working as never got a reply tō my text asking for password and wifi

The two double bedrooms were both ensuite, which was lovely. The apartment is modern and had everything we needed for a short stay. The location is excellent.

Picking up the keys off-site was inconvenient, though the instructions were clear. The parking space was very tight for my car. If you have an suv you will struggle, but all good for small cars.

I NEED TO PICKUP AND RETURNED THE KEY TO DIFFERENT LOCATION NOT IN HOTEL PREMISES. THE LINEN WERE CRUMPLED/WRINKLED, NOT PROPERLY TUCKED AND THERE IS STILL HAIR IN THE PILLOWCASE. NOT ENOUGH TOWELS. THERES A WASHING MACHINE AND THEY DONT PROVIDE LAUNDRY POWDER ON IT. SOME GLASS WERE STILL WET WHEN WE ARRIVED AT THE PROPERTY. NO PROPER KNIFE AVAILABLE ONLY BREAD KNIFE. POOR COMMUNICATION BETWEEN HOST AND GUEST FREE PARKING BUT LIMITED SPACE

It was a total Pakistani scam

We did not stay there, as it was a 12 story building full of permanent residents. This is the second offshore scam we have found on booking.com.we left and found a real motel to stay in, but are out of pocket close to $200.00

The value and location worked perfectly for us, close to the center and many shops you may need. The train station was also super close.

The place could do with a little more basic things provided, like salt and pepper, hand towels in the kitchen, more than a bread knife, and some more toilet paper, as we only had a roll for each bathroom for the week. In addition, out of the 4 bed lights there was only one lightbulb.

Beautiful apartment, quiet and safe. Key pick up was off-site but very easy and well explained by owner. Good location and was cheap to Uber into central auckland. Home was fresh and clean. Each bedroom has its own ensuite which worked well with two couples staying.

Maintenance was very poor. Air-conditioning was ineffective, key could not be removed from lock without putting pressure on the lock with the other hand (took 20 minutes to work this out), curtains were off the hooks, headboard had fallen off the wall (see photo), 4 bedside lamps but 3 of them had NO bulbs, coffee cup was chipped, water filter in jug was moldy, 1 towel while clean was stained. There was no bath mat (floor very slippery when wet), no tea towels, no hand towels and no flannels provided. When customer support were contacted by phone, they struggled to understand English, offered no effective help re the air-conditioning and could not even arrange for replacement lightbulbs for the bedside lamps. Reception, while acknowledging the hotel was not responsible for the private apartments, would not even help when asked where the entrance to the carpark was! Surely the relationship between the hotel and the private owners should not be that bad. If this is the standard of accommodation provided by Booking.com we will not be booking with them again. In the circumstances a partial refund would be appropriate.

Found men’s undies in one of the showers was only thing
