O hotel fica muito bem localizado, em uma rua mais silenciosa mas a uma curta distância da Plaza de Las Armas e colado em uma rua cheia de mercadinhos e restaurantes, fizemos tudo a pé. A equipe é muito atenciosa e cordial, sempre disposta a ajudar. Na recepção sempre tinha chá de coca e muña quentinho, super importante pra lidar com a altitude. O café da manhã é bem completo e nos dias que saímos para passeio ainda de madrugada, tinha a opção de deixaram um lanche pronto para levarmos na viagem. Conseguimos fazer o check-in com algumas horinhas de antecedência e foi ótimo.

O quarto era bem pequeno e simples, porém super de acordo com as fotos e informações, e o elevador era desligado depois das 22h. Mas como ficamos no segundo andar (o hotel tem 3 andares), não foi um problema para a gente.

Excepcional desde el recibimiento hasta nuestra despedida. Todo el personal super atento. El desayuno espectacular. Las habitaciones impecables. Muy atenciosos y amables. Un hotel para recomendar y volver!

Close to old town

When it rained the water would Make noise on the 3rd floor by hitting an open ceiling and it was too much noise to get some rest

Las instalaciones en general.

No hay personal 24/7 atendiendo el counter de ingreso. Quería hacer el check out y tuve que esperar 20 minutos hasta que una pwrsona llegó a ayudarme.
