Exceletne la atencion del personal del hotel. Nos ayudaron mucho con una complicacion fortuira que surgio durante nuestra estadia. Mil puntos la verdad. Excelente servicio.

Goed bed, nette kamer en goede douche

Het ontbijt was echt heel matig. We kregen enkel (oud) brood met confituur en eventueel een eitje indien gewenst.

La atención del personal, en especial el recepcionistas diurnos y la mesera del desayuno, muy amables ydispuestos a ayudarnos. Además el Hotel tuvo la disponibilidad de cambiar la fecha por un percanse que tuvimos.

El desayuno es adecuado, pero estuvimos 7 días desayunando lo mismo, quizás falto un poco de variedad. Detalles de limpieza en el baño, pero el resto excelente disposición.

Comfortable beds, friendly front desk staff, quite modern and new.

Very limited breakfast. You only get bread with butter & jam, coffee & juice, and if you want eggs - no fruits, avocado etc. were offered. In general the offering was rather disappointing, e.g., no water provided and no coca tea for acclimatization which were standard at other properties. Cleaning not good, especially when staying longer. Rooms are rather cold, ventilation in the bathroom is bad.

Friendly staff and nice view from the lobby. We appreciate how the staff often went the extra mile to make us feel accommodated, especially the one that helped us make some tea even though it was late and always gave us friend greetings every now and then during our stay.

It’s located on the top of the hill so it might be challenging for commuting considering the altitude limitations. Ensure you’re physically fit and acclimatized when staying here. Otherwise, use Uber to commute. The breakfast was tasty but not filling enough. There was usually a buffet at the other hotels we’ve stayed but not this one. Options were also limited.

Staff was incredible, breakfast was consistent, they stored our luggage for a few days while visiting Machu Picchu

Room was cold (May) although staff supplied a second space heater when asked, wifi was spotty at times
