Very clean and friendly owner

My favorite hotel in Iquitos - I stayed here repeatedly and I've always enjoyed my stay very much. My room was really big and comfy, and it even had a private fridge, which definitely comes handy. I really liked the common areas as well. The owners and the staff are super nice and friendly, they even let me store my luggage when I was going to the jungle for few days. The area is nice, close to the main plaza, there are restaurants and supermarkets around. As a solo female traveler, I felt perfectly safe in the area.

The host was lovely. The location was good. The smoking area was a bonus.

The walls are paper thin. You can hear people moving in their beds in the next room.

It was a great location and the staff were friendly and helpful. Clean towels every day and regular cleaning available. Very affordable price for a short stay. We had the option to store our bags before and after check in which was very helpful

Air conditioning was unavailable and the fan in the room did not help much with the heat. The curtains didn’t close properly which affected privacy in the room - an issue when it is so hot! There was also a cockerel nearby which woke us up at 4am each day so due to this and the heat, we didn’t get a very good night’s sleep
