Very quiet. Helpful staff.

WiFi was very slow.

The staff were super friendly, they provided with food recommendations and helped wherever needed. Very polite as well. Good value for the money. It’s close to the Pl de Armas (~10min walk).

We really enjoyed staying at this place. The guest family is very helpful and they supported us a lot in organizing our onward travel by cargo ferry to Yurimaguas. Thanks a lot for the hospitality

Shower had good pressure

On arrival the male present had no idea who we were and couldn’t speak any English. Room was not ready for 2 people as there was only 1 towel and 1 soap. Room and bed was covered in ants, when lady made aware and shown 7 bites on one hand she laughed. We were told check out was 12 midday, we arrived back at 11:30 and our room had been cleaned and bed made for the next guest despite our belongings still being in the room. Our towels and toilet roll had been removed from the room therefore we had to use the clean ones. My plug had been removed from the wall and therefore my fan and battery pack were not charged for going on a 3 day boat which was very frustrating. The fan was also turned off despite it drying wet clothes, I then hung my belongings outside as I found a line and forgot to get these on leaving as we were so frustrated regarding the reaction towards the ant bites. Only one half of the window has glass, therefore allowing all the ants into the room

The lady was very kind, the room and bathroom were clean, no cockroaches that for my it’s very important. The house is quiet and not far from the centre. Highly recommended
