Triple room was 3 beds shoved into a tiny space with sliding doors overlooking the lounge area with no windows. Tiny bathroom with a shower head that isn't adjustable so curtain has to be closed when turning on the water. No place to hang or put toiletries or clothes. No bedside table. Completely different experience to top floor double room.

Personnel très gentil, mais les us et coutumes font qu’il n’y a pas de chauffage. Mais les couvertures ne manquent pas. On peut dire qu’on mange dehors avec un bon manteau. Cependant proche de la Plaza de Armas et se beaux restos.

Such a great stay, really nice staff that are accommodating and offer free breakfast and help with everything, good area that is very close to PeruRail station (15 minute walk) and Cusco City Center. I highly recommend!
