Personnel très dévoué, endroit sécuritaire, propreté des lieux super, chambre fait et nettoyé tous les jours, à recommander!

El lugar estuvo excelente, muy buena atención por parte del personal y las instalaciones cómodas. La única observación es que la zona puede no verse muy segura pero no sentí que fuera insegura.

The staff was great, went out of their way to help in anyway needed. As for the hotel itself I can not recommend, the walls are like paper, you can literally hear the person across the hall use the bathroom. The rooms are tiny and cramped, the bathroom shower was like standing in a coffin. If your room faces the common area lounge don’t expect to get any sleep it is loud and echos throughout the building. And forget about jumping into the shower and going it takes about 15 minutes to get hot water. And if you need a late checkout make sure sure to pay in advance, we had arranged for a late checkout with the management which said no problem and on the last day they told us too bad we can’t do it even though there were empty rooms. Spend more and stay somewhere else.

A estadia no hotel Valle andino foi ótima. Os funcionários são muito educados e atenciosos. A localização é boa, uns 10 ou 15 min andando até a praça principal de Cusco. Café da manhã ok. No último dia eu tive que fazer check in cedo e fizeram um café da manhã pra viagem pra mim e pra minha esposa. Muito legal. Parabéns pela atenção e cuidado com os hóspedes. Me hospedaria novamente com ctza.

Good location and decent room. Very noisy and cold. We were able to get a space heater. The doors are very loud and you can hear the people in the next room snoring or vomiting. The lobby and breakfast area is not entirely enclosed so it is really cold. Breakfast is eggs, bread, coffee and juice.

Staff was very responsive to any issues and very helpful with arranging transportation when needed.

Quite nice for the rates we paid. The staff was friendly and helpful, it was a little noisy sometimes.

bkfst fine, had room 304 which is probably the best.

it is very cold here at night and mornings, and there is no heat system, which is normal for Cusco. A space heater for nights would have been welcome, and I would have been happy to pay extra for that.
