This place is absolutely adorable! Marcela and Carmen were incredibly helpful during my stay. I attended a retreat and, upon returning, I asked if I could leave my bag there while I quickly went to Starbucks before heading to the airport. They kindly allowed me to store my things. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Cusco. The central location made it easy to explore the city on foot, and the accommodations were very comfortable after long days of sightseeing. The staff were especially warm and welcoming—special thanks to Carman Marcella for going above and beyond to make us feel at home. One thing to note is that it can be a bit noisy in the mornings, but that’s just part of city living and didn’t take away from the overall great experience. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cusco!

We had a great stay and the staff was very attentive and kind. Special mention to Carmen Marcela at the front desk. She made check in and check out efficient. Hotel and room were modern, close to the plaza and shops.

Positives: -The staff was extremely accommodating and very nice. Carmen in particular was so sweet and helpful. -Location is awesome. ~10min walk to tourist sites, shops, and great restaurants -Breakfast is good. Nothing extravagant but very delicious with decent options/variety. They will even pack a to-go box if you’re leaving before breakfast starts -Normal hotel amenities are good. Water is hot, rooms are clean, etc. Negatives: - Hotel is located on a very busy / loud road. Recommend asking for a room away from the road and alley - They only offer heat in the rooms from 8pm - 6am

Staff were very friendly and the location was great. Room was clean and comfortable.

The hot water in the shower was a little sporadic.

We had a terrific experience - the location was very central to shops and restaurants. The staff, particularly Carmen and Jimana, were extremely helpful all trip, but none bigger than when my wife realised she’d left her phone in the back seat of the taxi just before check-in. Fortunately they tracked the taxi driver down using CCTV footage and the police. Phone returned within a matter of hours. Cusco is such a buzz of a place -if you can push through the altitude or medicate, it’s fantastic!

We had a wonderful stay at Motto by Hilton Cusco. The hotel is right in the heart of Cusco’s historic center, very close to all the attraction places we wanted to visit.with a beautiful interior design, a quiet and very clean environment. The rooms are equipped with heating, which makes the chilly Cusco nights very comfortable. We were traveling as a family of three, and the triple room was perfect for us — my child absolutely loved it. What impressed us the most was the excellent service. At the front desk, Ms. Carmen and Ms. Gabriela went above and beyond to help us, which was especially precious while we were experiencing altitude sickness. Among so many hotels in Cusco, I truly believe that attentive and caring service is the most valuable. Thank you, Carmen and Gabriela, and thank you to the hotel team for making our stay so memorable.

L’hôtel dispose d’un emplacement idéal et central à Cusco ainsi que d’un personnel serviable et très disponible. Mlle Jimena Sieler, à la réception de l’hôtel a été toujours disponible pour aider ma famille dans les situations les plus difficiles malgré la barrière de la langue … pour rendre cette expérience touristique à Cusco inoubliable.
