Ruido, piezas pequeñas, baños pequeños, cama incómoda!…no volvería, caro para lo que vale! Desayuno poco variado! Mala experiencia!

Lovely stay with the team at Motto Cusco. The entire hotel is clean and comfortable, and breakfast was always delicious. I stayed one night and ended up returning with my friends when our other hotel had a big issue. Excited to stay again!

I stayed at Motto by Hilton, Cuzco for a week and used it as my base for day trips to Machu Picchu, Humantay Lake, and Rainbow Mountain. Location:

The receptionists Jimena and Marcela, along with Daniel from the restaurant, were outstanding. They are excellent communicators, attentive listeners, and true problem solvers. I had several challenges with Avianca Airlines, and since the airline staff spoke little English, these three kindly helped me call and communicate with Avianca multiple times. Their kindness and professionalism truly impressed me. Room:
Comfortable, clean, and surprisingly quiet despite being at a corner intersection. The soundproofing is excellent — I slept very well with no noise interruptions. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommended — 5 stars from me! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ — Highly Recommended

It was comfortable, but there are many amenities/standard hotel aspects missing. No coffee in the room. No coffee in the lobby, unless you pay for it. I did finally get them to be willing to bring me coffee to the room, after being told there is no room service, either. The staff is lovely, but they dig in their heels about nickle and diming you, on what would be normal hotel amenities. There is no fan, and the road is immediately on top of your bedroom window. The road noise and the people at your bedroom window is a constant. However, the location of the property is quite good. So, it’s something you accept, out of default. Fans would be a big plus. Especially some that would give a sense of white noise. If you loose you room key, (I did during a 9 day stay,) they charge you $15USD to replace! Insanity! I have traveled all over the world and never had this happen. The rooms are small, but clean. The housekeeping staff and the dining room staff are lovely. I accidentally spilled coffee on my sheets one morning out of 9 mornings and they were going to charge me $227 USD for the coffee spill- I had to fight them about this- that a.) that was ridiculous; and b.) it’s part of being in the industry that pristine white hotel bedding will get spoiled by a series of potential accidents of events. The staff is quite rigid, and it can be discouraging. Overall, a good stay, but frustrating at times.

Wonderful hotel, friendly and helpful staff, and comfortable little rooms. This hotel is within walking distance of great restaurants and world class coffee!

Great location- easy walking distance to restaurants and city sites. The staff were helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was good.
