Lo que más me gustó fue lo cómodo y relajante que se siente el hotel. La atención fue demasiado buena, todos súper amables y atentos en todo momento. Además la ubicación es céntrica y todo me quedó súper cerca para poder recorrer Cusco.

Loved the location, the really friendly staff modern clean room in an historic building.

The noise from the street - should have installed double glazing when doing renovation. The public rooms were COLD! Doors open, fake gas fire in reception “not working” had to wear coats in breakfast room.

La atención del personal.

Nos tocó una habitación junto a la avenida en la que suele haber mucho ruido. Unas ventanas anti ruido para esas habitaciones no vendrían mal.
