"Exceptional"

El hotel estaba muy bien posicionado. Tenia la plaza de armas a 3-4 min caminando y el staff siempre a disposición y muy amable. El hotel limpio, ordenado, y se sentía como en casa. Todo el mundo muy amable, y si algún día vuelvo, no dudare en volver a quedarme aquí.

El hotel está impecable tanto en la habitación, como en los otros sectores comunes. Todos los detalles son cuidados

Hace un poco de frío en el lobby. Se entiende que la puerta debe estar abierta pero se podría mantener más cálido, no solo por los huéspedes sino por los chicos de recepción

"Hotel muy lindo"

Muy bien ubicado. Habitación muy agradable y de buen tamaño. Nos tocó una en el sub suelo, con ventana al pasillo y que nos comentaron era más silenciosa (está en una esquina muy transitada vehicular mente). El tema es que estaba muy cerca del lugar del desayuno y las preparaciones comenzaban cerca de las 4.30 y se sentían los ruidos y conversaciones.

El ruido del desayuno que nos despertó muy temprano.

Estuve alojada una noche y tuve una excelente experiencia de inicio a fin. El personal fue muy amable y atento, brindándome información útil sobre los servicios del hotel y lugares cercanos. Las instalaciones son cómodas y acogedoras, especialmente la cama, que permitió un descanso reparador. Además, la ubicación es ideal, muy cerca de la Plaza de Armas y otros atractivos turísticos. Sin duda, destacaría la calidez y atención de todo el personal.

Tuve una experiencia excelente!desde el primer momento el personal fue muy amable, las habitaciones muy cómodas,limpias y equipadas, además de la muy buena ubicación y el ambiente tranquilo para descansar. Volvería y lo recomendaría ☺️

"Ótimo! Hotel novo, limpo e próximo à praça."

O hotel é novo. Tudo muito limpo e organizado. Os funcionários são ótimos e sempre solicitos em ajudar. O café da manhã é simples, mas muito bom.

Tem alguns quartos que a janela da para a rua e o tráfego de carros incomoda na hora de dormir. Uma janela anti-ruído resolveria. Eu pedi pra trocar e tudo foi resolvido.
