The staff were so kind and helpful.location was great it was in the center and near the main plaza.bed were clean and comfortable.although the check in time was at noon but when I arrived there after so hard and tiring night they were accepted me to sleep and rest on the sofa for 2 hours and they were so welcoming .I really thank them.

Good room sizes and comfortable beds. Property was generally kept very clean. Lots of warmth in the rooms.

No option for private bathrooms. All were shared. These were kept mostly clean though, minimal complaints.

Staff was very helpful

It wasn’t easy to find. Some people said it was bit dangerous walk at night, so took a taxi from san paedro station. No heating.

Staff very friendly even though she can't speak English but she try her best to help you. Good location, clean and comfortable room, big size of the room

The value of this hostel is amazing. The fact that you can get a room for that cheap is great. The staff is also incredible - I had a lot of trouble figuring out the shower, and the guy at the front desk not only was happy to help, but asked later on if I had figured it out. We also arrived really early in the morning (like 7am), and the staff let us into our room as soon as it was clean. The kitchen is ok - as others have mentioned you're not supposed to cook in it, but you can store food & there's supplies to make coffee and tea.

The hostel is kind of far away from the main square, so just expect to walk a bit more. Also, the room we got had windows opening into a main area, with no curtains. So the light and noise would wake us up really early, and there was less privacy than I expected. I think that was unique to our room though, and the other rooms looked like they had more privacy. The showers are difficult to figure out at first. You have to turn on the hot water heater on the second floor.

Very well located close to the old City Center. It was a nice little Hostel with big rooms and always hot showers. The women at the reception are very nice and helpful. Storage possibility.

It's a little bit cold in the rooms. Kitchen is not really for use it.
