Not too far from the centre of town. Lovely breakfast.

There was a little window above the door in my room which let light in from outside, with no curtain.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean rooms and public areas. Good breakfast and very convenient location. Reception staff were very helpful when we needed some medical attention.

Locarion and friendly staff

The room was cold, and the heating equipment was not sufficient. The water frequently get cold during the shower and eveery time we need to aske the staff to turn the heater on

It is great building with lots architectural details. Location was good but loud also. Cars beeping all the time,

Our room was facing main street, quite loud. There was no hot water in the evening.

Location, friendly and attentive staff especially Luis, spoke good English and very professional.

Facilities a bit old

Comfortable and modern furnishings but retaining it's original charm and features. In the historic centre on a busy road, but inside the courtyard it was peaceful and quiet. Best breakfast we have had in the whole of South America. Staff friendly and helpful, especially Gris on reception.

No window as the room opened off the courtyard, but not a big problem

This is a nice little hotel in the center of Cusco. The rooms are quite charming and I found the bed to be very comfortable. The staff were also very nice - they asked us every day if we had an early start the next morning and checked if we needed a boxed breakfast. They also stored our suitcases and then had them waiting in our rooms when we returned - a small but nice touch. My only complaint would be that the hot water was extremely slow to turn on and the water pressure was very low for the hot water.
