Location was great.

Everything was great.

Behavior of staff, spacious room, breakfast and cleanliness was of the top order.

There was nothing to complain about.

Is well located, clean and cute. The staff is really nice and professional, especially Rosa, Gris and Luis. They help us with everything and they prepare breakfast for us to take away every time we had an early tour, they constantly checked if we needed anything.

- very polite and helpful staff! They even took the bags up the stairs as there is no lift! - there is complimentary coca tea for altitude - oxygen available upon request too (need to pay) - great location - lovely courtyard and balcony - safe as after a certain hour the main entrance was shut and you had to ring the bell

- heater was not working! - a lot of cold air was coming through the windows/balcony - no lift

- Staff is amazing, always smiley and helpful especially the two brothers - Rooms were clean - Location - Oxygen bottle is available in case you need it, the staff really supported me when i needed it :) - They kept our luggages when we went on our trips to Machu Picchu. - Altitude tea available at reception.

- Common courtyard could have had more life. - Rooms are quite outdated, some of the facilities could be modernised. - Lady at reception was trying to overcharge me for the oxygen which i was told was 20 soles by insisting it was 25.

The location was perfect! Initially we booked for 2 night but ended up staying for 4 nights. We fell in love with the place instantly. Emil and other members of the staff were very attentive and helpful. Always ready to accommodate and fulfill our requests. They even prepared breakfast boxes for when we had to depart early in the mornings to go on tours. We highly recommend this place to others. Thank you for the great hospitality Sacha team!

Emil from the reception was so helpful and friendly. Actually everyone was absolutely fantastic. I really enjoyed the stay there. I like that we were offered breakfast packages when we had to leave early for our tours around Cusco. We always got good tips and suggestions from the reception on where to shop and eat.

The shower was little bit issue. You had to switch on the hot water and wait at least 5-7 minutes until it heats up it self.
