The location was great, the beds were comfortable and the staff, especially Emil was extremely helpful.

Only the fact that we only got 1 face towel both times we stayed there.

Rosa!! she was kind and helped me and my friend a lot , weoced her !!! The breakfast was ok, and the women who worked it were always quick to assist on making fresh eggs.

I added an extra night to our stay and they put us in one room , and then moved us to a different room that was basic, and not comfortable at all. I booked a double standard and they moved us to a triple single room. I wasn't happy about this for the price I paid. I paid the exact same rate for the extra night as the rest of the nights. The hotel wasn't full, and the other room stayed empty. There was no hot water kettle in the room, just the lobby. Over all it wasn't bad , but not what it said it was.

Room doors are weird and old. You can hear everything and light is coming to your room.

Everything was great, Especially the treatment of the staff, especially susana, very attentive.

The hotel is built around a central courtyard, a pleasant place to relax in good weather. Very comfortable beds, a reasonable shower, and a good breakfast. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I'd like to mention especially Rosa and Gris, who were extremely helpful to my wife when I was hospitalised for a couple of days

The staff was very efficient, helpful and quite pleasant. We enjoyed the colorful courtyard.

The water pressure and that it took awhile to get hot. But we were made aware of this ahead of time.
