. 11/09/2022 Horrible experience , left for a tour got back at 11pm doors closed , no one answering the door or phone , no receptionist, knocking for 20 minutes in the cold, until another guest came down and opened the door for us , walked in to the reception no one in sight and my keys on desk for anyone to take. Horrible no security any other guest could of taken the key and went in the room. Honestly i would go to another hotel with better customer service, and a place where you actually have a key to open the hotel, the rooms didn't even have simple amenities like a safety deposit box or dryer .. more like a Hostel than a actual Hotel. Photos are of no one at door or register and keys left outside for ANYONE TO COME IN. Verry horrible experience. Spoke with Supervisor SHIRLEY ,wow what a horrible service the owners should know she doest not know how handle situations, and she is running into the ground. SHIRLEY likes to argue with customer and was really horrible with uncomfortable experience. I left to Casan Andina next door way better service and better atencion with nicer rooms. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE unles you want SHIRLEY TO DISRESPECT YOU!!! Or your stuff possibly stolen, I hope someone from corporate can retrain her or find someone with experience and knows how to hande the situation.

beautiful property in the centre of cusco with comfortable clean rooms set in a colonial building with courtyard. staff super friendly and helpful.

Staff spoke limited English although stay able to communicate okay if you have basic Spanish Breakfast was okay but some increased variety would be nice.

I really wanted to love this cute boutique hotel but found it disappointing overall. The staff really tried to help us the best that they could but it was sometimes a challenge with the language barrier as we were unsure if they understood us. The front desk staff were friendly and tried to be helpful whenever we asked for anything such as maps or storage of luggage. Free coco tea was offered and small items were offered for sale in the lobby. There was a nice inner courtyard area which we sat out on and the location was good - not too far from the main square and other sites.

I was desperate to take a shower after travelling for two days without one and the shower did not work. No water pressure (literally only a few drops of water), water turned off completely while I was in the shower and turned ice cold while I was in the shower. Eventually I got out and washed my hair in the sink as I had absolutely zero water pressure in the shower and only a few drops came out. I was freezing and shivering afterwards. After I mentioned this to the staff they brought someone up promptly to fix it/clean the shower head and it was better after that but I really needed it to be working when I needed it and didn't attempt it again. It seemed like maybe the room hadn't been used in awhile because when we arrived they had to come and set up a tv (which never actually did work) and bring some towels and things for the room. The price for the hotel was a bargain and I guess you get what you pay for. The room had no natural sunlight and seemed kind of small, dark and dingy. I saw a small bug in the bedding and worried about whether there were other bugs in the bed as well but we did not see any so I think it may have come in from the open crack under the door to the exterior. Do not pay for the breakfast at the hotel. This was the most disappointing part of the hotel. When we went down the first day no one seemed to be there so we went to another great place nearby. The next day we at at the hotel which was more expensive and had a very limited selection in the buffet with empty containers and cold food. No one seemed to be around for service and the price was high for that type of continental breakfast and very very disappointing.

it had a great location in Cusco near the city center to all the action of the city the rooms were spacious and clean. the staff were super friendly and helpful

I think this is one of the best hotels I have ever been to, all clean, sanitized, there is no noise from outside, extremely calm, the personal is very kind and friendly, the restaurant has a great variety of food, the wifi has a good connection, there is beverages and snack at the front desk, and they can bring anything you ask to your room, there is a heater at each room, satellite TV, it’s a super good hotel 💯 recomended, I stayed 5 days and had to come back 2 days later and they stored my baggage while I was away, and returned to the same room. Recommended 10/10 The only bad thing is that in the shower, sometimes the water gets cold or hot out of nowhere, but it’s really not that bad, it’s just a few degrees, you can still bath.
