Quite place, people attentive. Bathroom could be better arranged. Not sure how it would be during high season.

Breakfast was not at all what pictures are posted on Expedia. Not much food was available. We went and ate elsewhere.

Our check in took forever and we weren't sure why. There seemed to be some misunderstandings with the staff. However, the property is excellent. The rooms are clean, quiet, and the location was lovely. The views from the balconies is stunning. The breakfast was excellent as well.

Wonderful view of the Urubamba river from the balcony. The property and bedroom were clean overall, but the shower curtain wasn’t. Not great hot water either. The front desk staff (Elvis) was extremely helpful and arranged for our luggage to be transported and delivered to us to the train station after our return from Machupicchu.

Very close to the train station, the property is just finishing remodeling. At first they put my kids on a separate floor from us, but we moved rooms to be closer. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was good too. We had a very nice stay and absolutely loved the town of Agus Calientes.

This was a great hotel! Super friendly, clean, and accommodating. Loved our stay here! Great location.

Great Area! Peaceful and staff was very accommodating. They have dining and are expanding to a bar upstairs-so def a good place to stay!
