Excellent service, highly professional staff, and very clean. I would recommend this to anyone seeking feedback for nice and comfortable stay in Machu Pichhu.

Everything was excellent overall, but our room wasn’t ready on time. They said they would clean it while we were out, but when we returned, it still hadn’t been cleaned.

The limited interactions we had with the staff were pleasant enough. The room we received did not match the photos and it was so tiny you could barely move around. There was no hot water. It was unseasonably warm when we visited and the front desk warned us about the mosquitoes, but said the room had a fan to use (the windows don't have screens). The "fan" was a tiny floor model (perhaps 24 inches tall) that barely worked and was very loud, so it was useless. So, we had to sleep in a stuffy, dark room with no air the night before our visit to MP. We were charged extra for using a credit card, even though this wasn't disclosed on the reservation. Obviously you're paying for the location, but for $150 US, I would have expected better.
