Emmanuel inn Machupicchu

The hotel is owned by a very sweet local family and we had a wonderful experience.

The owners were super friendly and the morning breakfast was wonderful.

Good hot breakfast. The owners spoke wonderful English, was helpful with our questions about Machu Picchu tickets, kept our bags for us after we checked out.

I didn't realize there was no hot water.

Emmanuel Inn Machu Picchu exceeded our expectations in all angle. First of all the place is brand new everything is smelling fresh and clean. The owner picked us up from the train station and walked us all the way to the hotel which is a short 3 minute walk. The owner and his wife speak English fluently and helped us plan for our Machu Pichu itinerary for the next day. They even found a last minute private tour guide in English at a reasonable price. The room is quite spacious and the bed is very comfortable and the sheets are very clean. The room is very neat and tidy and the hot water has abundant supply and has a strong power. Both myself and my husband had a very good sleep and enjoyed the morning shower. The breakfast was delicious with lots of bread, cheese, ham, eggs, jelly, juice and coffee. The location as well is perfect just beside the train station of Inca Rail and Peru Rail. It was beyond our expectations and we wished we could have stayed longer.

Excellent little breakfast

Rooms were clean and lady at reception was super nice and helpful. Good value for money.

The towels on our bed were damp on arrival which I was ok about. But on both mornings we stayed we woke up with all our clothes and belongings extremely damp from lack of air circulation.

Amazing and kind staff. The hotel is brand new and very clean. The location is perfect - in the centre of Aguas Calientes, but a little away from all the crowds.

Great location only few mins walk from train station without any stairs 😊 Staff is so friendly and helpful with directions, buying last minute Machu Picchu tickets or storing your stuff after check out. They really made my stay. Probably the best shower I had in Peru! Very tasty breakfast too!!

I got a single room instead of the double I booked. Walls are very thin so bring earplugs and maybe some hangers or storage space could be put inside the room.
