Tammah Jackson Hole

I want to express how bad I felt during my stay in Tammah. I chose Tammah as the place to celebrate my 40th birthday, I chose the family Suite because I knew I would be taking my mom and goddaughter with me. I was very excited from the first day I saw what this place offered on the page And I am sorry to say that if I had known some details I would not have chosen it for such an important date for me. First of all, the service is very poor, And I'm referring to Jordan to be more specific. I made a reservation from January 24 to 28 At first everything was fine But on the 25th in the morning my family and I went to the welcome center for breakfast and he was there, There was no empathy whatsoever not even a good morning on his part, Moments later another guest who is in suite 5 arrives and Jordan was very cordial with that guest and not with us. He even asked him how was everything and if he was okay in his suite. So personally I felt bad for not receiving the same treatment, I felt discriminated against by him maybe because I’m Latino, I don’t know? 🤷🏻‍♂️ but to be honest He looks racist if you ask me. now Inside the bathroom there was only one toilet paper for 3 people, The toilet doesn't work, I had to press it several times. Now this is the main reason why I feel my trip was completely ruined I didn't feel comfortable in the suite because The beautiful view was ruined by those PATCHES you put on If I had known that this would be my view every morning when I woke up, I would not have made any reservations. I didn't take a single photo of the view because of the PATCH you decided to put on it instead of fixing it properly. We live in the year 2025, people use cameras when traveling to create memories and it bothers me to think that I paid so much money to see a PATCH. I asked for all my money back for the terrible service, but only $200 was returned to me when I paid more than $2000. it’s not fair I work hard for my money, I asked to speak to the CEO but apparently he doesn't care about the poor service that is given to the guests. I would never go back. I feel robbed therefore I do not recommend that you stay at Tammah. But I do recommend that you visit Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Such a beautiful place

Such a unique and cool experience. Felt like we were on another planet. So cool to lay in bed with the mountain scenery in front of you.

Very cute place. Having a fireplace was awesome. Very cold and not well insulated. But better than tent camping. Secluded and peaceful.

Our stay was awesome. Will be staying again and will be looking to stay at Tammah locations everywhere we travel and they are available

Great location with fantastic views of the Tetons, we had easy access to Jackson Hole and Grand Teton Park Woke up one morning to a mother moose and 2 calves fairly much outside our unit. Staff were very helpful and the unit was very well finished

We (my daughter & son-in-law and I) thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at the end of October. We saw a lot of wildlife in the adjoining field / road to the property (Coyotes, Bald Eagles, Foxes and Elk). The view of the Tetons is amazing. The geodesic domes that you stay in are very unique and have most everything needed for a wonderful stay. The beds were very comfortable. NOTE: The domes do not have TV so if that is something you can't live without and can't just watch your phone, these are not for you.

The water heater did not work to produce a sufficient supply of hot water for even just hand-washing let alone for showering. Lighting of the walking deck to the Dome at night was virtually non-existent.

Thank you Tammah for helping us celebrate our marriage in the most unique way possible. The layout of your domes allowed us to take in the majestic views straight from our bed, providing us with a sense of peace and tranquility. ❤️
