"Peaceful, Quiet, Quaint Cottage overlooking the beautiful rushing Pemi!"

We chose the cabin with a finished kitchenette. The area overlooked the river which was beautiful and peaceful. Central to areas of interest (Lincoln, Cannon, Echo Lake) and pet-friendly!

Right on main road (Rte 3) so occasionally can hear traffic. Entire property is a bit crowded with the cabins (less privacy in-season) but still, one cannot beat the view of the river.

"Not bad but not amazing"

Convenient location, cozy fireplace

Stench coming from the shower, need to run for 10 or so minutes just to get the smell out (that’s every time) Some mold at the shower too. Top lock on the door didnt work, only bottom worked. Back door is broken, needs to be forced closed. Would have complained but no one is in the office half the time. Poor cable connection - lags/freezes at times.
