The Big Texan - Cabins & Wagons

This was one of our family’s most favorite places we have ever stayed. We had a wagon and it was immaculately clean and the surrounding outside area was so nice with a hammock and plenty of rockers. My teenagers enjoyed the pool and the morning bagels.

Great stay on cross country trip. Very clean and comfy. And steakhouse was Awsome down the street.

We stayed in the airstream camper, a little outdated and needed aired out, were 2 containers of food left in the fridge from previous people, otherwise it was a nice stay

We loved the convenience of check in, the cleanliness of the grounds, the parking right by our cabin, and the cabin itself. The lady at the front desk was unfriendly and somewhat sharp, but all in all we have had a good experience.

Unique 2 bedroom property very nice

We stayed in an old silver airstream caravan and it was great fun. Because of its age you have to expect a few problems but nothing to spoil our enjoyment. The aircon was a bit rubbish so it got a little uncomfortable at times and bed not overly conducive to a good nights sleep as old and badly fitted sheets. It’s a unique experience and the tv park is lovely as are the staff. A free limo takes guests to and from the famous Texas steak ranch.

Staying in Wagon #1 is an experience me and my family will never forget. It is a very quaint, cozy and clean layout.The four of us slept well in their comfortable beds. The double walled heavy duty canvas of the wagon held up great. Even with a thunderstorm passing through, we had no issues with any leaks or the heat of the day, thanks to the AC. As for the bathroom (which is about a 10/15’ walk), you have your own modernized “outhouse”, that is super clean and supplies you with a full bathhouse/restroom. Our children were expecting a hotel room, but instead walked into a wagon that was very much enjoyed. Surprise!

Love this place! Its so cute and has wonderful outdoor areas to hang out in the evening. We enjoyed our stay here. It is close to the freeway however, and we were kept up for hours by drag racers.

Loved the quaint cabins! The property is perfect for families. Well definitely be back!
