Long Cove Resort near Charlotte Airport

Property was over all a good deal. Nice place to spend quiet weekends

The driveway leading up to the check in office, and the parking lot, is littered with pot holes. Hard to navigate and narrow.

Great place

The cabin was very small, the heat was not great, only one burner worked on the stove.

First of all check in was rushed and we arrived before 5 pm. No wifi information was provided at check in or in the home. The heat was not working causing us to spend money and time buying heaters for each of the bedrooms. The temperature the entire stay did not rise above 50. Also the fuse went out on one side of the house because of one hairdryer being used. They did promptly repair that the same day though. I would say it was not worth $300 to stay for 2 days especially when we had to freeze just to get in and out of the shower. I feel like I’m entitled to at least 1/2 off this place due to these inconveniences. We could have gotten a really nice and warm place for a fraction of the price but chose this place due to the views on the lake. Very disappointed

A little shaken and noisy little bit when the generator kicked in. Overall everything is great.

This place is adorable. We stayed only for one night but I assure you we will be back! Everything was very clean, super cute and very close to so many things! I can't wait to see the area when it gets warmer!

My family and I have stayed in these cottages for several years, and we have always loved staying there. Our only concern is that the winter months are hard for them…pipes burst and the cabin heaters don’t always work! With that being said, the employees that we dealt with this trip in December, were exceptional! Justine, was really a deer, and she would not let go until we had a cabin that had heat. Everyone that I have worked with at this resort has been kind and courteous, and goes out of their way. we would definitely stay here again!!

Much better than a hotel.
