Absolutely enjoyed every stagg member. All are so friendly, especially Bernice Njoki. Hotel cleanliness not to bad, think the cleaning staff can donate bot better in terms of opening curtains, removing room service unfinished food. Room was good overall. No Wifi in the bathroom or bedroom. The food was amazing. A Spa. Views are beautiful. Peaceful. Very very quiet besides the disruption of construction.
Nice service and A very good gym. Breakfast is very good, with a variety of dishes, including vegetable salad, French bread, beef, fish, chicken and pasta. There are many kinds of drinks, such as coffee, milk and juice. The staff is attentive.
My family and I had a terrible experience with the operation manager at pan pacific gtc ( Rahim Jiwani) He was very rude we couldn’t believe it. And we found 2 other guests with similar issues that the operation manager was very rude to them and couldn’t help them get a solution in fact he threw out their luggages 🙆🏽♀️ honestly thanks to him my whole day is ruined
