We had a great time at Pan Pacific. The staff were professional and helpful especially Maryanne at the reception. She was very helpful and ensured we enjoyed our stay. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The location is brilliant with restaurants around the area and easy to move around with Uber.

Great location for business travelers. Easy access to Mariott restaurants. Good restaurant with buffet options and dining options. Great customer service to attend to any issues during your stay. Perfect for family with kids thanks to their kids playground.

The welcoming at the was very friendly staff. Apartment is very clean with good view of Nairobi and easy access to the mall. The fully equipped gym with Coach, shem Angoya who has been very helpful in showing me around.

The worst hotel experience in a long time. even though the rooms/suites/apartments are nice, clean and have all the amenities for a long term stay. They have a ridiculous surcharge of 1500 Ksh for room service (Uber from the airport is Ksh 1500) just to bring a tray of food from ground via an elevator, no matter what you order. This surcharge is not stated in the room service menu and is only mentioned after you place your order and in my case it 21h45 (room service ends at 22h00) and I was starved so I agreed to pay it. The coffee in my apartment wasn't automatically restocked so when woke up in the morning there wasn't any coffee to enjoy before leaving. They provide Balmain shampoo, conditioner and body wash in fixed containers in the shower but I discovered that the shampoo was empty after I was half showered so I had to exit the shower and get it from the 2nd bathroom (luckily they upgraded me). The 2nd and 3rd days I had to shower in the 2nd bathroom. Every morning at about 3am I could hear music load enough to disturb my sleep. Only the final morning I discovered that it was coming up the fire escape as someone kept using it and leaving the door open and the fire escape is open to the outside. I order the same dish twice and the 2nd time it was served completely different to the first time, unseasoned and still missing the Omena (small fish on top).

Overall, the Pan Pacific Hotel offered a peaceful retreat, and I left feeling a glimmer of hope amidst my sadness.

Overall, my experience at Pan Pacific Suites was just what I needed to gear up for my journey, leaving me feeling motivated and ready to conquer the world.

Our rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of adventure. ‎The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming, but Ogechi for most of us really stood out with his outstanding services no offense —truly impressive.He went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, from arranging transportation to recommending the best local experiences. The complimentary breakfast offered a delightful variety of options, setting us up for the day ahead. Additionally, the hotel’s amenities, including a fitness center and pool, added to our enjoyable stay. Overall, it was a memorable accommodation experience that we would recommend to any friends planning a visit to Nairobi.

From the moment we arrived, both of them were warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. Every detail was handled with genuine care.
