Health club is very clean,excellent and very patient/understanding trainers @ Angoya Shem.Always willing and ready to assist during work outs and even other facilities.

Zen zone has all the right equipment and trainer Davison is especially very enthusiastic and lively and is very knowledgeable about not just what exercises to do but also how to do them with right posture. I have been working on strength training and I see very visible results in just a month

Great suites at the cost, but service is mediocre. Phones in rooms not working, house keeping happens sometimes, other times toiletries are not replenished, and food is mediocre, etc. You’ll probably not find nicer rooms in the range, but there’s significant room for improvement elsewhere on service.

The experience was wonderful as well as the ambience. The facility is well maintained, staff are friendly (helpful and polite) , the rooms are also clean with items therein working well, and the food well cooked with a variety. I definitely recommend.

We stayed at the Pan Pacific serviced suites in Westlands, Nairobi. The apartment was spacious, luxurious and clean with all amenities available in the kitchen. Theres also a gym and full sized pool available on the premises. The building is connected to the adjacent mall so there’s no need to go out of the premises. Peter, Godwin and all their colleagues at the reception were very friendly and cooperative and always willing to help. I would strongly recommend staying here when visiting Nairobi.

Its a nice place, their gym, very clean, and very helpful gym instructors, especially Shem. They are very flexible and understanding of the needs of the clients. The environment is quite conducive for traoning and the trainers are knowledgeable.

Fantastic stay for one week in Nairobi. Premium accommodation, apartments are very well appointed and to a high standard.. Excellent, friendly and professional service. Great breakfast and dinner options. Good location. Especially from Godwin Nabwela!

Most courteous people. Facilities are fantastic, clean . Great amenities. The security is good . The staff does suggest some good shopping and sight seeing options . Location is quite central to lots of business and tourist places.Quite reasonable pricing for the facilities and amenities provided. Would recommend to all coming to east Africa.
