Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Nairobi

The hotel is okay. However I would not recommend for any traveller. This is due to it being over priced and the surrounding area feeling very unsafe. When I stayed 3/4 cooker hobs were not working. I did report this to management but they never responded to me.

Moreover,of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by Venon. His warm hospitality and genuine kindness transformed my visit from merely pleasant to truly memorable. Whether it was offering recommendations for local attractions or ensuring my room was immaculate, Venon exemplified what true hospitality should be.

Perfect Service, Check in was Fast and very Friendly, Concierge Evans was very Friendly Helpful and gave us Tips where we could go out for Dinner and watch Football since we definitely wanted to watch Champions League, Rooms were very clean, Beds very Comfortable, all in all a Five Star experience, we felt at Home and will definitely come back again.

From the moment we arrived, we felt pampered venon from the reception was so welcoming every late night we came back he was there to assist The hotel has a luxurious feel, with beautiful decor and top-notch amenities. The service was impeccable, and we felt truly taken care of

Lovely clean hotel. Huge comfortable beds. Decent sized bathrooms. Sitting area in rooms. Friendly and helpful staff can't forget to mention venon They put on a great breakfast buffet. Venon looked after my suitcase while I was away on safari. They have a pool, gym and sauna services. Just very pricey on the meals and drinks. I will love to recommend the hotel to my friends

The apartment was spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable and bedding spotless. Apart from the walk-in-closet, it had a separate small room to store our suitcases and shelves to unpack our stuff. There was a separate laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer for the laundry. The kitchen was well fitted with gadgets to facilitate our cooking. The cooker had hood (extractor) so our cooking did not leave any odours lingering on after cooking. The balcony had a beautiful view of the garden, swimming pool and children's playgrounds. The entire facility opened into a shopping mall with a supermarket which was well stocked and opened 24 hours. Next to the supermarket was a forex Bureau, who was so convenient to change money easily. We enjoyed the Friday evening barbecues and the happy hour. The staff were friendly especially Peter we was exceptionally caring and made sure that our safari was arranged as requested and the airport shuttle service was seamless. Overall our holiday was wonderful and we will definitely come back next year.

Amazing hotel and truly appreciated the suite experience. We loved the pool and breakfast. It was an amazing hotel. The service was great. Really nothing bad to say. We even used them for pickup from the airport and it was flawless. Use all their services and you will be impressed. Rivals other top hotels in the world. Would stay again.

We had our lunch at Pan Pacific,the food was delicious I really loved "rib eye steak was juicy, tender and yummy..cream spinach was wow! our waitress Julie gave us exceptional service..Kudos Julie👏👏👏Violet from the reception had a warm welcoming.Thanks James for your co.ordination to your entire team, the experience was super. 👍👍Good job👏👏 Thanks Violet🙏 thanks to Fridah too...I really really recommend Pan Pacific, promise to dine with you again.
